The Rainmaker Team with Royal LePage Your Community Realty Inc., Brokerage in King City, Ontario, knows King City Township inside and out. That means when it comes to choosing the right neighbourhood where your dream is, you'll have a lot of knowledge to draw from.

The township includes the villages of King City as well as Nobleton and Schomberg, each with their own unique features and amenities to offer your family.

King City has a population approaching 10,000, so it still has a small-town feel while offering many things you'd expect with a "city" label. These include bigger chain stores and restaurants, with convenient access to highways 400, 404 and 427 if you need to commute south to work. It also has a wealth of public (and private) schools, and even has a Seneca College campus.

Meanwhile, Nobleton brings a noble and rich history, with many historic properties and horse farms (with 200 years of faming heritage). The population of around 5,000 enjoys a setting that is rich in community spirit. For example, the village has the largest private fireworks display north of Toronto on Victoria Day! It also has many community organizations that are striving to make the town even better.

Schomberg is also a small and proud village that is situated close to major centres such as Brampton and Mississauga. It is smaller than the other two villages in terms of population (around 2,600), but it is growing with new planned subdivisions. It is also home to Canada's longest running fair — the Schomberg Agricultural Fair has been operating for more than 164 years!

The Rainmaker Team can help you choose the right community for you if you're still on the fence about where to invest in the perfect property.
